REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Sri Swastik Ghee, we take utmost care to deliver fresh and high-quality Desi Ghee, milk, and dairy products. Due to the nature of food and dairy items, our refund and return policy is limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
Return Request Time
Any return or refund request must be informed to our customer care within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Condition For Return
Products will be accepted for return only if they are unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition.
Opened, used, or tampered products will not be accepted due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer is requested to check the product at the time of delivery.
Once the product is accepted and payment is made, return or refund will be allowed only if the product is sealed and the request is made within 2 days of delivery.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, refund can be requested within 2 days of delivery if the customer does not wish to keep the product.
The product must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.
If the product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, refund or return will not be allowed.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product, you must inform customer care within 1 days of delivery.
Photo proof may be required before approving replacement or refund.
Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
For prepaid orders, refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be given through bank transfer or other approved method.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
